Missions
ROLE MISSION
Working in true partnership with our client, the Community Manager will be responsible for the brand content calendar and drive opportunity for the creation of amazing, engaging content in all forms, that delivers on the brand objectives across all channels.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You will be working closely with the Brand Managers and the Digital Programme Manager in Danone’s luxurious Head Office in Paris
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Helping develop the brand tone of voice pillars and opinion to deliver on the strategic direction of the brands
Ensuring all ideation is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels of content
Delivering a content calendar that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short and long-term, determining which methods and channels will work for each sub-section of the target audience
Conducting on-going tests to gauge content effectiveness
Working with data and analytics teams and make recommendations based on those results
Developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing
Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content. Work with the technical team to implement appropriate CMS

You are looking for an opportunity to work with innovative brands and would like to be involved in the development of strategy, creative concepts, content and campaign implementation.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
Ambition, understanding and a helicopter view of the world.
An ability to interpret and BRING AN OPINION to brand strategy
An understanding of publishing cycles and a working awareness of all major content channels
Must have flawless spoken and written English
Previous production or creative experience
Previous experience managing content channels
A highly developed view of contemporary culture and understanding of the leading content platforms and channels
3-5 + years’ experience
Contrat : CDD
Salaire : €46,600.00
Durée : 7 Months FTC
